Monday: Liver & Bacon day - 12pm to 2pm
Fresh pigs or lambs  liver, coated in white plan flour, which is  wrapped in bacon, cooked in a  wok along with sliced fresh onions, then a wonderful bisto gravy is added, its served with home made mash potato that has a sprinkle of cheese in it, along with chopped spring onions, butter, sea salt and black pepper.

Choice of chili or salt and pepper, 5 Cod pieces - done in flour then dipped in egg, tossed in breadcrumbs, cooked in a wok, it is served with home made chips and your choice of normal peas or mushy peas with tartar sauce on the side and a  wedge of fresh lemon. 2 Cod pieces for Children and the above half portioned.
